Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Australia only.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order and always tracked.
How long does delivery take?
7–11 business days in total: 1–2 business days processing and 6–9 business days transit (Monday to Friday).
When is the order cut-off?
Orders placed before 6:00 PM (AEST) on business days are processed the same day.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
Yes, within 30 days of receiving it. Items must be unworn and in their original condition. See our Returns and Refund Policy.
How do I start a return?
Email info@rivlow.com with your order number; we reply within 24 hours with instructions.
When do I get my refund?
Within 7 days after we receive and inspect your return, to your original payment method.
I received a damaged or wrong item.
Contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will resolve it with a replacement or refund.
Orders & Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All payments are secured and processed in AUD. See our Payment Policy.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Within 12 hours of ordering: email us and we will adjust it before shipment.

Products & Sizing
Which sizes do you carry?
Most of our clothing is available from size S, with many styles up to 3XL or larger. Every product page shows the available sizes. See our Size Guide.
What if my size doesn't fit?
We are happy to arrange an exchange for a different size within the 30-day return window — just email us.
How do I care for my items?
Please follow the care label on your item. Most pieces can be washed cold on a gentle cycle and line dried.
